Our handling of personal data complies with the legal provisions of the German Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the Telemediengesetz (TMG). This privacy statement informs users about the purpose, nature and extent of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider

on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Offer") and in the company.

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (article 4 (1) GDPR). This information includes name, contact details such as postal address, email address, telephone number and similar, as well as other information about natural persons.

In general, you can visit our website without providing personal data.

We collect, process and use personal data to the extent necessary to enable you to use the website. For this purpose, the provider (or his web space provider) collects data on every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of the operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete indications.
These data do not belong to personal data, but are anonymised. They are evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. They are not passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

If a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, or its content is to be developed or changed, or if you send us an enquiry, we collect, store and use personal data from you to the extent that this is necessary for these purposes.

All personal data will only be stored for as long as is necessary for the stated purpose (processing your enquiry or handling a contract) or to comply with statutory retention periods.

Our offer may contain links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. We assume no liability for the content and compliance with data protection regulations by the providers of the linked sites. The respective provider or operator of these sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites.

The provider expressly points out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) is subject to security gaps and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties. In the event of faulty data transmission or unauthorised access by third parties, the provider cannot accept any responsibility or liability. Data storage and processing is carried out exclusively on servers in Germany.

We take the protection of personal data very seriously. All employees involved in the processing of personal data are bound to data secrecy. When involving cooperation partners, we strictly adhere to the requirements of the GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.

Pursuant to article 15 DSGVO, users have the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored about them. Furthermore, users have the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete their personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data. For this purpose, please contact the provider using the contact details in the imprint.

Pursuant to article 77 of the GDPR, users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of data concerning you violates data protection provisions. The right to lodge a complaint can be asserted before a supervisory authority in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Personal data of applicants that is transmitted to us is collected and processed for the purpose of handling the application procedure. The data is processed electronically, especially when documents are sent to us electronically, e.g. by e-mail. The transmitted data will be deleted after 2 months if no employment comes about. The only reason for further storage could be, for example, a justified interest, which is derived, for example, from a duty to provide evidence in proceedings under the Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetz (AGG). If an employment relationship is established, all data will be stored and processed in accordance with the legal requirements for the purpose of processing the employment relationship.

If you have any questions about the processing of personal data, you also have the option of contacting our data protection officer.
